Abstract:
Objective:To detect the protein expressions of HK6 and B7-H4 in tissue and serum of normal ovary,benign ovarian disease and ovarian cancer,and explore the clinical diagnostic significance of HK6 and B7-H4.Methods:Immunohistochemical SPmethod and ELSIA were used in detecting HK6 and B7-H4 expressions in ovarian tissue and serum,and the correlation between serum concentrations of HK6 and B7-H4 expressions in ovarian tissue were analyzed combined with clinical data on 28 ovarian cancer patients.Results:HK6 was expressed positively in ovarian caricinoma,while B7-H4 was expressed negatively in mucinous carcinomas.HK6 and B7-H4 were present at low level in serum of healthy controls and benign ovarian disease patients,but expressed at high levelin serum from ovarian cancer patients.There was significant correlation between the expressions of the two proteins in ovarian cancer(P0.01).Conclusions:HK6 and B7-H4 in ovarian cancer tissue and serum are highly expressed,it can guide for diagnosis of ovarian cancer that detection of combined with the two proteins.
