    蚌埠市大学生伤害影响因素的病例对照研究

    Control study of damage factors for university students of Bengbu city

    • 摘要: 目的:了解蚌埠市大学生伤害发生的危险因素,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取安徽省蚌埠市3所大学1 856名在校大学生,按性别、年龄、班级、民族、生源地1∶1配对原则,选择242例伤害病例和对照,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:蚌埠市大学生伤害发生率为13.49%。单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析显示,影响大学生伤害的危险因素是没有参加社团活动和精神稳定性维度得分高;保护因素为双亲家庭、母亲文化程度高、接受安全知识教育和神经性维度(N分)得分低。结论:大学生伤害是多因素相互作用的结果,应加强安全教育,提高大学生自我防范和保护的意识,控制伤害的发生。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To study the risk factors of injuries among university students in Bengbu and provide a basis of formulating effective intervening measures.Methods:One thousand eight hundred and fifty-six university students from three universitise in Bengbu were selected using stratified cluster sampling method on a basis of sex,age,grade,nation and areas,242 cases and 242 controls were studied according to 1∶ 1 matching principle,and data were analyzed by single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results:The incidence rate of injury was 13.49%.The results of single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis demonstrated that no league activities and high nervous latitude score were risk factors.Two-parent family,higher education level of mother,safety of education and low latitude stability score were protective factors.Conclusions:The injuries in college students were caused by multiple factors.Enhancing safety education and improvement prevention and protection of consciousness of college students can control the occurrence of injury.
