Abstract:
Objective:To provide basis for clinical nutrition support treatment through understanding the nutritional status and nutrition support of aged hospitalized patients in secondary hospital.Methods:The nutrition risk screening(NRS) and nutrition index including serum albumin,body mass index of 1 261 aged patients were measured through screening method NRS2002.Results:NRS relevance rate was 73.6%,NRS score 3 ocurred in 420 patients,nutrition support was applied in 58 cases;in 1 261 cases,malnutrition occurred in 627 cases,including inadequate nutrition 324 cases,overweight 232 cases,and obesity 71 cases.Conclusions:The malnutrition incidence rate of aged patients in secondary hospital is high,nutrition support and related intervention is insufficient,nutrition support intervention should be applied early.
