二级医院内科老年患者营养状况调查及营养支持分析

    The nutrition survey and nutrition support analysis of aged hospitalized patients in secondary hospital

    • 摘要: 目的:通过了解二级医院老年住院患者营养状况和营养支持情况,为临床营养支持治疗提供依据。方法:采用营养风险筛查方法(NRS2002),对1 261例老年住院患者进行营养风险筛查和营养指标(血清白蛋白、体重指数)测定。结果:营养风险筛查量表(NRS)适用率73.6%,其中NRS3者420例,应用营养支持58例;在1 261例中有627例营养不良,发生率为49.7%,其中营养不足、超重、肥胖者分别为324例、232例和71例。结论:二级医院内科老年住院患者营养不良发生率较高,营养支持应用较少,营养支持治疗干预不够,应及早进行营养干预。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To provide basis for clinical nutrition support treatment through understanding the nutritional status and nutrition support of aged hospitalized patients in secondary hospital.Methods:The nutrition risk screening(NRS) and nutrition index including serum albumin,body mass index of 1 261 aged patients were measured through screening method NRS2002.Results:NRS relevance rate was 73.6%,NRS score 3 ocurred in 420 patients,nutrition support was applied in 58 cases;in 1 261 cases,malnutrition occurred in 627 cases,including inadequate nutrition 324 cases,overweight 232 cases,and obesity 71 cases.Conclusions:The malnutrition incidence rate of aged patients in secondary hospital is high,nutrition support and related intervention is insufficient,nutrition support intervention should be applied early.
