    • 摘要: 目的:研究水蒸气蒸馏法提取丹皮酚的最佳工艺。方法:以丹皮酚含量为指标,通过L9(34)正交试验法研究提取时间、加水量、药材粒度、加盐的量等工艺条件对丹皮酚提取率的影响。结果:丹皮酚的最佳提取工艺为药材粒度(0.20.05)cm,加6倍量水,加1%氯化钠,提取3 h。结论:水蒸气蒸馏法有效提高了牡丹皮中丹皮酚的提取含量。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To optimize the extraction process of paeonol by steam distillation.Methods:Referring to the content of paeonol,an orthogonal design table L9(34) was used with the factors of extraction time,water-adding amount,medicinal size and salt content.Results:The optimal process of extraction was as follows:the granularity of paeonia suffruticosa andr was (0.20.05)cm,adding 6 times amount of water,adding 1% sodium,the extraction time was 3 h.Conclusions:Experiments show that this method is effective to improve the extraction process of Paeonol.
