Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the application value of case-based teaching method in medical imaging.Methods:Case-based teaching method was implemented in medical imaging curriculum among clinical students.The teaching effects were evaluated by stage test and questionnaire.Medical students were randomly divided into observation and control group.The observation and control group were taught by case-based teaching and traditional multimedia teaching,respectively.Results:The learning interest and ability of problem solving,thinking,memory and summary and combining clinic of observation group were motivated and improved,which was better than those in control group(P0.01 to P0.05).The scores of theory test,reading film and questionnaire of observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P0.05).Conclusions:Case-based teaching method has an obvious advantage over traditional multimedia teaching in medical imaging curriculum,but the case selection and teaching effect evaluation are need to further improve and perfect.
