Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of the clinical nursing pathway on the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into the experimental group,which was treated with clinical nursing pathway and the control group,which was treated with traditional nursing methods.The hospital stays,hospitalization expenses,understanding of health knowledge and degree of satisfaction of all cases were analysed.Results:The hospital stays and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.01),and the degree of satisfaction and the extent of understanding of health knowledge of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusions:The application of clinical nursing pathway for the patients with COPD,can improve the quality of nursing and the relationship between the nurses and the patients,and promote rehabilitation.
