干-湿棉球擦拭法预防经口气管插管患者口腔溃疡的观察

摘要: 目的:观察干-湿棉球擦拭法预防经口气管插管患者口腔溃疡中的疗效。方法:将86例经口气管插管患者随机均分为2组,观察组采用干-湿棉球擦拭法进行口腔护理,对照组采用口腔冲洗法进行口腔护理;对2组患者的口腔溃疡发生率、清洁度及真菌感染率进行比较。结果:观察组患者经护理后口腔清洁度低6分的患者数由40例下降到6例,对照组由41例下降到28例,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);护理后观察组和对照组患者的口腔真菌感染率、溃疡发生率分别为11.6%、20.9%和23.3%、34.9%,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:干-湿棉球擦拭法在预防经口气管插管患者口腔溃疡的护理中,具有口腔清洁效果好,疗效显著,操作简便等优势。Abstract: Objective:To observe the effects of dry-wet cotton wipe on prevention the oral ulcer in patient with orotracheal intubation.Methods:Eighty-six patients with orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The mouths of observation group were nursed by dry-wet cotton wipe,the control group were nursed by oral irrigation.The incidence of ulcer,oral cleanliness and fungal infection rate of two groups were compared.Results:The observation group with oral cleanliness lower than 6 points dropped from 40 cases to 6 cases,the control group dropped from 41 cases to 28 cases,the difference of which was statistic significance(P0.01).The incidence of ulcer and fungal infection rate in the observation and control group were 11.6% and 20.9%,23.3% and 34.9%,respectively,the differences of those were not statistic significance(P0.05).Conclusions:The dry-wet cotton wipe in the prevention of the oral ulcer in patients with orotracheal intubation has good effects in oral hygiene and clinical treatment,which is easy operation and worth of applying widely in clinic.
