后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗肾肿瘤21例临床体会

The experience of treatment 21 cases with kidney neoplasms with radical nephrectomy through retroperitoneal laparoscopy

摘要: 目的:总结后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床经验。方法:对采用后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗肾肿瘤患者21例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:21例患者手术均顺利完成。手术时间120～180 min,出血量100～200 ml。术后2～3 d拔除腹膜后引流管,5～7 d出院。随访1～36个月,无局部复发、远处转移和切口种植。结论:用后腹腔镜根治性肾切除术治疗肾肿瘤安全可靠,效果良好,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To sum the experience of treatment on kidney neoplasms with radical nephrectomy through retroperitoneal laparoscopy.Methods: The clinical data of 21 cases with kidney neoplasms treatment by radical nephrectomy through retroperitoneal laparoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All operations were performed successfully.The operation time for 120 180 minutes,the bleeding volume for 100-200 ml,removing drainage tube time for 2-3 days and hospitalization time for 5-7 days were recorded.No recurrence,metastasis and implantation of tumor were found after following-up for 1-36 months.Conclusions: Treatment kidney neoplasms with radical nephrectomy through retroperitoneal laparoscopy is a safe and effective method,which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
