Abstract:
Objective:To investigate medical staff's knowledge about multiple resistant bacteria and propose training strategies to increase their knowledge about hospital infection. Methods:The questionnaires were done in 344 medical personnel in infectious disease hospital, and all questionnaires were collected and statistical analysis was done. Results:There were statistical differences in the comprehension of knowledge about multiple resistant bacteria between these personnel who had been trained or not been trained, and between doctors and nurses(P0.05).There was no statistical difference among primary title and medium, senior titles in the mastery of knowledge about hand hygiene and isolation mode of multiple drug-resistant bacteria(P0.05).The medical personnel who were new and had never attended relevant knowledge training had poor knowledge,on the other hand, the doctors for theoretical knowledge mastery were better than nurses, but less for execution measures. Conclusions:Strengthening the publicity and training of medical personnel's knowledge about hospital infection is helpful for prevention of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria and controlling of hospital infection.
