Abstract: Objective:To explore the effects of the application of the scene simulation training on teaching practice nurse of the operating room.Methods:The practice nurses of the operating room were divided into the routine group and the scene simulation training group,and knowledge of clinical common operation and practice training content were tought using the routine and scene simulation training method for two groups respectively.The nurses of the scene simulation training group were surveyed by questionnaire,and the theory and skills of two groups were compared post-training.Results:The scores of theory and practice of the routine group and scene simulation training group were 89.874.62,79.687.56 and 90.635.25,82.758.28,respectively.The scores of the scene simulation training group were significantly higher than that of the routine group(P0.01)and the method of scene simulation training got the high praise of the trainee nurses.Conclusions:The method of the scene simulation training can improve the ability of uniting theory with practice,enhance clinic operating skills,enhance comprehensive ability,broaden thinking space,reinforce teamwork skills and effectively alleviate the study pressure.
