维生素B12片含量测定样品处理方法的改进

    Improvement of the sample processing method for vitamin B12 tablets content determination

    • 摘要: 目的:改进维生素B12片含量测定样品处理方法。方法:取维生素B12片55片,制成1 ml中含其约12.5g溶液,采用紫外分光光度法测定吸光度A,检测波长为361 nm。结果:维生素B12在1.25~25.00g/ml,具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);最低检测浓度为1.25g/ml;溶液稳定性良好,相对标准偏差为0.5%;标准方法测得含量结果分别为102.06%、102.35%和102.00%,改进方法测得含量结果分别为101.59%、101.86%和101.42%。结论:改进方法较标准方法减少了剥片量,降低了样品浓度,提高了检测准确性,缩短了分析时间,可用于维生素B12片含量测定。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To improve the sample processing method of vitamin B12 tablets content determination.Methods: Take vitamin B12 55 pieces,make 1 ml solution contain about 12.5 g vitamin B12.Detect the absorbance by UV spectrophotometry with the wavelength of 361 nm.Results: When vitamin B12 content was in the range of 1.25-25.00 g / ml,it had a good linear relationship(r = 0.999 9),the minimum detectable concentration was 1.25 g / ml,a good solution stability and the relative standard deviation of 0.5%.Using the standard method,the sample concentration was 102.06%,102.35% and 102.00%,but the result was 101.59%,101.86% and 101.42% with the improved method.Conclusions: Comparing with the standard method,the improved method can reduce the amount of splitting,decrease the sample concentration,improve the detection accuracy,shorten the analysis time.It can be used for content determination of vitamin B12 tablet.
