Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy in treating upper ureteric calculus.Methods:The data of retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy in the treatment of 19 cases with upper ureteral calculus were retrospectively analysed.Results:All operations were successfully performed and the average operative time and blood loss were range from 120 to 180 minutes and range from 100 to 200 ml,respectively.During the follow-up of 1 to 36 months,no ureteric stricture was observed.Conclusions:retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy is a safe,reliable and minimally invasive way to treat upper ureteric calculus.
