后腹腔镜切开取石治疗输尿管上段结石19例

The experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy in the treatment of 19 cases with upper ureteric calculus

摘要: 目的：探讨后腹腔镜切开取石治疗输尿管上段结石的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析19例后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果：19例均顺利完成手术，手术时间120～180min；术中出血100～200ml。随访1～36个月，检查显示无输尿管狭窄。结论：后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石是治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效的微创方法。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy in treating upper ureteric calculus.Methods:The data of retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy in the treatment of 19 cases with upper ureteral calculus were retrospectively analysed.Results:All operations were successfully performed and the average operative time and blood loss were range from 120 to 180 minutes and range from 100 to 200 ml,respectively.During the follow-up of 1 to 36 months,no ureteric stricture was observed.Conclusions:retroperitoneal laparoscopy ureterolithotomy is a safe,reliable and minimally invasive way to treat upper ureteric calculus.
