Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of laparoscopic assisted transvaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)combined with suspension surgery at the top of vagina in the treatment of postmenopausal uterine prolapse.Methods:Twenty-one patients with uterine prolapse treated with LAVH combined with suspension surgery at the top of vagina were set as the observation group,15 patients with uterine prolapse treated with transvaginal hysterectomy were set as the control group.The operation time amount of bleeding,complications and life improvement after following up for 24 months in two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,amount of bleeding and hospitalization and postoperative abdominal straining feeling,time of a full bladder and bulging vaginal fornix between two groups had statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusions:LAVH combined with suspension surgery at the top of vagina in the treatment of postmenopausal uterine prolapse is less trauma,good effects and qucik recovery.
