    心脑致宝平的提取工艺

    The study of extraction technology of xinnaozhibaoping

    • 摘要: 目的:研究心脑致宝平中生山楂、银杏叶、酒制大黄三味药材的提取工艺。方法:药材用乙醇提取,并以总蒽醌含量为指标,采用正交试验法对提取工艺进行优选。结果:加热温度是影响浸提效果的主要因素,其次为提取时间、提取次数,溶剂倍数影响最小。最佳提取工艺条件为6倍的70%乙醇浸提3次,每次1.5 h,提取温度为70℃。结论:正交试验法对心脑致宝平的提取工艺进行优化,有效提高总蒽酮的提取含量。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To study the extraction processes of fructus crataegin,ginkgo biloba L and rheum palmatum L of xinnaozhibaoping.Methods:Medicinal materials were extracted with ethanol and the content of anthraquinones were setted as standard.The extraction technology were optimized through orthogonal design.Results:The heating temperature was the main factor of influence extraction effect,followed by extraction time,extraction times and the solvent multiples were the least affect.Six times of 70% ethanol extracting for 3 times(every time for 1.5 hours) at 70 ℃ was the optimum extraction condition.Conclusions:The optimum xinnaozhibaoping extraction from orthogonal design can effectively improve the content of anthraquinones.
