MRI多种成像技术在Budd-Chiari综合征诊断中的价值

    The value of a variety of MrI technologies in diagnosing Budd-Chiari syndrome

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨MrI多种成像技术联合应用在Budd-Chiari综合征(BCS)诊断中的价值。方法:对经超声及数字减影血管造影证实的BCS患者32例,采用快速自旋回波序列(TSET1WI/TFEIP)、轴位快速自旋回波序列附加频率选择性脂肪抑制(TSET2WI/SPIr)、平衡式稳态进动磁化准备超快速场回波序列(B-FFE)及三维动态对比增强血管成像(3DDCEMrA)检查,分析其MrI表现。结果:TSET1WI/TFEIP、TSET2WI/SPIr、B-FFE、3DDCEMrA对32例BCS的检出率分别为56.7%、59.4%、87.5%和93.7%。结论:B-FFE、3DDCEMrA对BCS的定位、定性准确率较高,综合应用MrI多种成像技术是诊断BCS的理想方法。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the value of a variety of MrI technologies in diagnosing Budd-Chiari syndrome ( BCS ).Methods:Thirty-two patients with BCS diagnosed by ultrasound and digital subtraction angiography were detected by TSE T1WI/TFE IP,TSE T2WI/SPIr,B-FFE and 3D DCE rA,the MrI of which was analysed.Results:The positive rates of T1WI/TFE IP,TSE T2WI/SPIr,B-FFE and 3D DCE MrA in 32 cases with BCS were 56.7%,59.4%,87.5% and 93.7%,respectively.Conclusions:B-FFE and 3D DCE MrA in diagnosing BCS have high accuracy of location and characterization.The application of a variety of MrI technologies in diagnosing BCS is an ideal mean.
