Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the value of a variety of MrI technologies in diagnosing Budd-Chiari syndrome ( BCS ).Methods:Thirty-two patients with BCS diagnosed by ultrasound and digital subtraction angiography were detected by TSE T1WI/TFE IP,TSE T2WI/SPIr,B-FFE and 3D DCE rA,the MrI of which was analysed. Results:The positive rates of T1WI/TFE IP,TSE T2WI/SPIr,B-FFE and 3D DCE MrA in 32 cases with BCS were 56.7%,59.4%,87.5% and 93.7%,respectively.Conclusions:B-FFE and 3D DCE MrA in diagnosing BCS have high accuracy of location and characterization. The application of a variety of MrI technologies in diagnosing BCS is an ideal mean.
