Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the correlations between allele polymorphism of HLA-DQB1 in the short arm of chromosome 6 and cervical cancer from Guangdong Han nationality family. Methods:The genotypes of HLA-DQB1 from 75 cervical cancer families were detected by polymerase chain reaction of sequencing based typing, which were analysed by family-based association test(FBAT).Results:FBAT showed that DQB1* 030302(P0.01) and DQB1* 0602(P0.05) might increase the onset risk of cervical cancer. Conclusions:The partial alleles in typeⅡ HLA gene may be the susceptible gene of cervical cancer in Guangdong Han population. The DQB1* 030302 and DQB1*0602 are associated with the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
