Observation on the hatching of Taenia solium eggs using sodium hypochrite method

摘要: 目的: 观察次氯酸钠作用下猪带绦虫卵的孵化过程。方法: 以1.0%次氯酸钠溶液孵化猪带绦虫虫卵,以显微镜进行动态观察。结果: 猪带绦虫虫卵胚膜被溶解,六钩蚴逸出。结论: 次氯酸钠法孵化猪带绦虫卵的本质是溶解猪带绦虫虫卵胚膜。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the process that eggs of Taenia solium were hatched using sodium hypochrite.Methods: The eggs of Taenia solium were hatched with 1.0% sodium hypochrite solution and the process was observed by microscope.Results: The embryo membrane of Taenia solium eggs dissolved and oncospheres transgressed.Conclusions: The essence of hatching Taenia solium eggs by sodium hypochrite method is that the embryo membrane of Taenia solium eggs is dissolved.
