改良小切口皮下修剪法根治腋臭34例

Radical correction of osmidrosis by mini-incision and pruning tissues under the dermis

摘要: 目的:探讨改良小切口皮下修剪法根治腋臭的疗效。方法:沿腋窝皮纹作2~3个长约3 cm小切口,于真皮下2 mm钝性分离后,翻转皮瓣,去除皮下的汗腺、毛囊、大汗腺,将皮瓣修薄至全厚皮甚至中厚皮程度,冲洗剥离形成的腔穴,彻底止血后缝合切口,打包加压包扎。结果:34例术后异味完全消除,皮瓣无缺血坏死,术后无明显瘢痕。结论:改良小切口皮下修剪法是根治腋臭的有效方法。

Abstract: Objective: To explore an effective method for radical correction of axillary osmidrosis.Methods: Two or three incisions with a length of 3 cm were excided in the skin fold of axillary,and the flap was bluntly dissected 2 mm under the dermis;all the apocrine glands,sweat glands and hair-follicle of the flap were pruned to a full or split thickness.After the flap was irrigated and the hemorrhage arrested,the incision was sutured and dressed with pressure.Results: The peculiar smells were eliminated in all the 34 cases;the flaps were all alive and no visible scar was left in the field of operation.Conclusions: Miniature cut and pruning tissues under dermis is an effective method for radical correction of osmidrosis.
