Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the outcome and prognosis of thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Two hundred and ten cases with cerebral infarction were randomly selected,in which,97 patients were received thrombolytic therapy,another 113 patients were received conventional treatment.Results:The NIHSS scores of various stages in thrombolysis group had significant difference after-treatment (P0.01) ; the Barthel index after treatment for 90d had statistical significance between the thrombolytic therapy group and conventional group (P0.01).The total effective rate in thrombolytic therapy group was 90.72%,which was higher than 73.45% in conventional group (P0.01).Conclusions:Thrombolytic therapy had an important effect on postoperative life quality in cerebral infarction patients,this treatment can improve neurological function recovery and life skills,then improve life quality.
