Abstract:
Objective: To compare the effects of laparoscopic enterolysis with open enterolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction and explore the feasibility of laparoscopic enterolysis. Methods:The clinical effects of 36 cases treated with laparoscopic enterolysis(laparoscopy group) and 42 cases treated with open enterolysis(open group) were compared. Results:Compared with the open group, the operation time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter,intra-operative blood loss and postoperative complications were significantly less, and postoperative eating time were significantly earlier in laparoscopy group (P0.05 to P0.01).Conclusions:Laparoscopic enterolysis is short operation time and quick recovery, which is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
