单孔腹腔镜腹膜后入路行肾囊肿去顶减压术11例

Renal cyst unroofing decompression through single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches:a report of 11 cases

摘要: 目的：探讨在自制单孔通道基础上用常规腹腔镜器械经腹膜后入路行肾囊肿去顶减压术的可行性和安全性。方法：对11例采用单孔腹腔镜腹膜后入路行肾囊肿去顶减压术的肾囊肿患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：11例患者手术顺利，无中转开腹。手术时间55～75 min，术中出血15～50 ml，术后住院3～7 d。结论：通过自制的单孔通道利用普通腹腔镜器械从腹膜后入路行肾囊肿去顶减压术是可行且安全的。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the feasibility and safety of renal cyst unroofing decompression through laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches based on self-made single span.Methods:The clinical data of 11 patients undergone renal cyst unroofing decompression through single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All operations were smooth and no transfer open.The time of operation was 55 to 75 minutes,intraoperative bleeding was 15 to 50 ml and postoperative hospitalization was 3 to 7 days.Conclusions:The self-made single span laparoscopic retroperitoneal approaches for renal cyst unroofing decompression is feasible and safe.
