Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction and their impacts on neural function deficit and blood coagulation.Methods:Ninety-two cases with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control and observation group(46 cases each group) were treated with aspirin and aspirin combined with clopidogrel by oral, respectively. The clinical effects, neural function deficit score and blood coagulation function in two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates of the observation and control group were 91.3% and 80.4%,respectively,the difference of which was not statistical significance(P0.05).After treatment, the neurological deficit scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P0.01),the fibrinogen levels, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05 to P0.01).Conclusions:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is good, which can effectively improve the patient's neurological and blood coagulation function, and be worthy of application.
