摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展型脑梗死的临床疗效及对神经功能缺损和凝血功能的影响。方法：将92例进展型脑梗死患者随机分为2组，对照组46例口服阿司匹林50～150 mg，每天1次;观察组46例口服阿司匹林加氯吡格雷75 mg，每天1次。2组患者均用20 d为1个疗程。对比2组患者的疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分以及凝血功能的改善情况。结果：观察组总有效率91.3%，对照组80.4%，2组差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组(P0.01);观察组患者纤维蛋白原含量、血浆黏度及红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组(P0.05～P0.01)。结论：氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展型脑梗死临床疗效肯定，且能有效改善患者的神经功能和凝血功能。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction and their impacts on neural function deficit and blood coagulation.Methods:Ninety-two cases with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The control and observation group(46 cases each group) were treated with aspirin and aspirin combined with clopidogrel by oral,respectively.The clinical effects,neural function deficit score and blood coagulation function in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of the observation and control group were 91.3% and 80.4%,respectively,the difference of which was not statistical significance(P0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P0.01),the fibrinogen levels,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05 to P0.01).Conclusions:Clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is good,which can effectively improve the patient's neurological and blood coagulation function,and be worthy of application.
