脑损伤高危儿早期干预效果观察
Effects of early health education on children with brain injury

摘要: 目的:总结脑损伤高危儿的早期干预方法及效果。方法:120例脑损伤高危儿随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。对照组进行常规监测,治疗组除完成常规监测内容外,还进行早期干预。结果:监测1年后,脑损伤儿在语言、运动、社会交往等能力方面的综合指标高于对照组,2组发育商差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:对脑损伤儿进行早期综合干预,运动、智能水平得到提高,可以大大改善预后。Abstract: Objective: To summarize the methods and effects of early intervention on rehabilitation of children with brain injury.Methods: One hundred and twenty infants with high-risk brain injury were observed, 60 children were as treatment group, and other 60 children were as control group.The children in control group were given routine monitoring, the others in treatment group were given early intervention of additional measures.Results: After 1 years of following-up, the children in treatment group were better than in the control group at languages, sports, social ability, etc.The developmental quotient in the two groups was significant different(P0.01) .Conclusions: Early intervention is the good method in the treatment of children with brain injury, the sport and intellectual levels were raised,which can improve the prognosis.
