Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of nursing intervention on complication of immediate breast reconstruction with keeping the nipple areola complex(NAC) in the modified radical operation of early breast cancer.Methods:Sixty-two cases with early breast cancer treated with immediate breast reconstruction with keeping NAC in the modified radical operation were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(32 cases).The control group were given routine nursing after radical operation,the observation group were given nursing intervention after immediate breast reconstruction in the modified radical operation.The incidence of postoperative complication in two group was compared.Results:Skin flap necrosis without subcutaneous effusion,limb edema and incision infection in a case(3.1%) was found in observation group.Skin flap necrosis in 1 case,subcutaneous effusion in 3 cases and limb edema in 2 cases were found in control group.The complication incidence of observation group(3.1%) was lower than that in control group(20.0%)(P0.05).Conclusions:The nursing intervention in immediate breast reconstruction with keeping NAC can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complication,help patient through perioperation and ensure effective treatment.
