摘要: 目的:探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对颈部浅表肿大淋巴结良恶性的诊断价值。方法:应用二维超声和高频彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查89例颈部浅表肿大淋巴结的患者,观察淋巴结的大小、长径/短径比值(L/S)、形态、边界、内部回声、阻力指数(RI)及血流类型等声像图特点。结果:良性组和恶性组颈部淋巴结在L/S、边界、内部回声、淋巴结门、血流类型及RI方面差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声能在一定程度上对颈部浅表肿大淋巴结的良恶性做出诊断,对临床有重要指导意义。Abstract: Objective: To explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of the benign and malignant of the neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes.Methods: Eighty-nine cases with the neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes were detected by high frequency ultrasound Doppler ultrasound.The sizes and ratio value of long diameter /short diameter ratio(L/S) ， shape，border， internal echo， resistance index(RI) and blood type and other sonographic features of the enlarged lymph nodes were observed.Results: The ratio value of L/S，boundary conditions， internal echo， lymph node door，blood type and RI of enlarged lymph nodes of the benign and malignant groups were statistically significant difference(P0.01) .Conclusions: The two-dimensional echocardiography combined with color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the benign and malignant of neck superficial enlarged lymph nodes in a certain extent，which has important guiding significance in clinic.
