Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of the rehabilitation path in nursing neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods:One hundred and twenty-two neonates with HIE were randomly divided into the control and observation group.The control group were nursed by conventional way until discharge,the treatment group were nursed by rehabilitation path based on the control group during hospitalization and after discharge.The neurobehavior,movement and the index of mental development of two groups were measured in 1,3 and 6 months before and after treatment.Results:The neurobehavior,movement and the index of mental development of two groups were significantly improved in 1,3 and 6 months after treatment (P0.01).Compared with the control group,the neurobehavior,movement and the index of mental development of the observation group showed better improvement in 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment(P0.01).Conclusions:Rehabilitation path nursing can effectively promote the cranial nerves recovery of children with HIE,and play active roles on the recovery of their motion and intelligence development.
