激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

    The effect of laser combined with iodized lecithin tablets in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy

    • 摘要: 目的:评价激光联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将55例57眼眼底渗漏点距黄斑中心凹500m以外的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者,随机分为2组,对照组26例26眼仅采用532激光光凝眼底治疗;治疗组29例31眼采用532激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片口服治疗。分别于治疗后2、4周和3个月观察视力、眼底,并复查眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)。结果:治疗后2组视力均有明显提高(P0.01),但治疗组治疗后的视力在2周和4周时均明显高于对照组(P0.01),在3个月时差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗3个月时自觉症状消失率高于对照组(P0.01)。2组复发率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:532激光光凝眼底联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变安全、有效,对缩短病程、修复损伤的视网膜非治疗区效果明显。

       

      Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of laser combined with iodized lecithin tablets in the treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy( CSC) . Methods: Fifty-five patients( 57 eyes) with CSC( fundus leakage in more than 500 m from the center of central fovea of macula) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group( 26 cases,31 eyes) were treated with 532 laser photocoagulation.The treatment group( 29 cases, 31 eyes) were treated with 532 laser photocoagulation combined with iodized lecithin tablets by oral.The vision, fundus and fluorescence fundus angiography( FFA) of two groups were observed 2,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment.Results: The vision of two groups were significantly improved after treatment( P 0.01) , the vision of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group 2 and 4 weeks after treatment( P 0.01) , the difference of vision in two group was not statistical significance 3 months after treatment( P 0.05) .The difference of cure rate between two groups had no statistical significance( P 0.05) .The disappearance rate of self-conscious symptom in treatment group was higher than that in control group in 3 months after treatment ( P 0.01 ) .The difference of reoccurrence rate between two groups had no statistical significance( P 0.05) . Conclusions: The 532 laser combined with iodized lecithin tablets for treating CSC is safe and effective,which can shorten the course of disease and strengthen the repairing effects of non-treatment area in retina.
