睾丸扭转12例诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment for testicular torsion: Report of 12 cases

摘要: 目的:总结睾丸扭转的诊治经验。方法:回顾性分析12例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。结果:12例均由彩色多普勒超声检查确诊并行手术探查,10例行坏死睾丸切除术,2例行睾丸复位固定术。12例均痊愈出院。结论:应该高度重视睾丸疼痛的患者,提高早期诊断率。早期手术探查对提高睾丸存活率有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective: To summerize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion.Methods: The data of 12 cases of testicular torsion were retrospectively analyzed.Results: The diagnosis of testicular torsion in all the cases was based on color Doppler ultrasonography.Ten cases of necrotic testicles were performed orchiectomy and 2 were salvaged by reduction.Twelve cases recovered and discharged.Conclusions: Careful attention should be paid to patients with testicular pain to improve the early diagnosis rate.Early surgical exploration can improve the testicular survival rate.
