Abstract:
Objective: To reduce or avoid the incidence of pressure sore through strengthening quality control. Methods: The threelevel quality control system of pressure sore was establish, the process of evaluation, report and treatment were regulated,and the management was standardized for pressure sore patients. Results: Through the improvement of three-level quality control system, hospitalized patients reporting high-risk pressure ulcer rate, the effective return rate, improved or cured rate higher than the standardized management(P < 0. 01) , it was inevitable pressure ulcer incidence is lower than specification management(P < 0. 01) , intopressure sores were no significant differences before and after(P > 0. 05) . Conclusions: The implementation of three-level quality control and systematization and standardization of pressure sore management can provide guarantee for the prevention of pressure sore.
