食管癌患者血糖水平与临床病理特征及预后关系的研究

摘要: 目的:了解血糖水平与食管癌的临床病理关系及其对食管癌预后的作用。方法:回顾性分析食管癌163例,根据临床及病理指标进行分组,比较各组之间血糖水平的差异,并对其中56例进行生存分析。结果:食管癌病变长度4 cm患者的空腹血糖及果糖胺水平均高于病变长度4 cm的患者(P0.05),临床分期Ⅲ期食管癌患者空腹血糖较Ⅱ期患者增高(P0.05),Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者中血糖较高者与血糖较低相比,生存期缩短(P=0.045)。结论:血糖与食管癌的病变长度及临床分期有关,对中晚期食管癌的预后有重要影响。Abstract: Objective: To explore the relations of blood glucose with the clinicopathologic features of esophageal carcer and its effects on prognosis. Methods: One hundred sixty-three cases with esophageal carcer were divided into different group according to their clinicopathologic features. The blood glucose levels of all groups were investigated. Fifty-six survival cases were analysed. results: The fasting glucose and fructosamine levels of patients with more than 4 cm in esophageal carcer lesion length were significantly higher than those in cases with less than 4 cm in esophageal carcer lesion length(P < 0. 05) . Compared with patients with stage Ⅱesophageal carcer, the fasting glucose levels of patients with stage Ⅲ increased(P < 0. 05) . For patients with stage Ⅲand Ⅳ esophageal carcer, the survival time of cases with high glucose level were shorter than those in cases with low glucose level(P = 0. 045) . Conclusions: The level of blood glucose is related to the lesion length and stage of esophageal carcer, and which play an important role on the prognosis of middle and terminal esophageal cancer patients.
