Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relations between the view of employment and the professional commitmentin male nursing students. Methods: The 287 male nursing students from four different colleges were selected，and their view of employment and professional commitment were investigated by a questionnaire. results: The scores of the employment view and the professional commitment of the male nursing students were(78. 19 8. 13) and(82. 53 13. 99) , respectively. The professional commitment level was positively related to the view of employment among the male nursing students(P ＜ 0. 01) . Conclusions: Working enthusiasm, career acknowledgement and positive evaluation are important factors affecting the employment view of the male nursing students.
