Abstract:
Objective: To explore the rational treatment of the contusion and laceration of double frontal lobes.
Methods: The clinical data of 42 patients with contusion and laceration of double frontal lobes were analyzed retrospectively from January 2011 to October 2013.Twenty-eight cases and 24 cases were treated with operation and non-operation,respectively.
Results: All patients were followed-up for 6 months to 1 year.Good in 35 cases,moderate disability in 4 cases,severe disability in 2 cases and death in 1 case were found by the Glasgow outcome scale.
Conclusions: The patients with contusion and laceration of double frontal lobes should be greatly paid attention,the pupils of patients should be strictly observed,and the monitoring intracranial pressure and reexamining dynamic skull CT are implemented when it be needed.Correctly grasping the operation indication and active treatment are the key to the treatment.
