    Expressions of c-myc and p27 protein in bladder urothelial cancinoma and their correlation

    • 摘要: 目的: 观察膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中c-myc和P27的表达及其相互关系。方法: 应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测63例BUC中c-myc和P27的表达情况。结果: BUC组织中P27阳性率明显低于正常膀胱组织(P＜0.01);BUC组织中c-myc阳性率明显高于正常膀胱组织(P＜0.01);P27和c-myc蛋白表达与肿瘤的组织学分级及病理分期相关(P＜0.05～P＜0.01),P27与c-myc表达呈负相关关系(P＜0.01)。结论: P27和c-myc可以作为判别膀胱癌分化程度的标志物,并可作为判断预后的指标。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To observe the expressions of c-myc and p27 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and the correlation between them. Methods: The expression of c-myc and p27 in 63 cases of bladder urothelial cancinoma were detected using immunohistochemical method.Results: The positive expression of p27 was significantly lower in bladder urothelial carcinoma than that in normal tissues(P ＜0.01); the expression of c-myc was significantly higher in bladder urothelial carcinoma than that in normal tissues(P＜0.01).The expressions of p27 and c-myc were correlated with the stage and grade of the bladder urothelial cancinoma(P＜0.05 to P＜0.01).There was a highly significant negative correlation between the expressions of p27 and c-myc(P＜0.01).Conclusions: p27 and c-myc may be useful makers in judging the differential degree and prognosis of the bladder carcinoma.
