    成人偏头痛患者脑干听觉诱发电位的变化及机制

    Changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential in adult patients with migraine and its mechanism

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨成人偏头痛患者脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的变化及机制。方法:收集偏头痛患者60例(偏头痛组)及健康体检中心正常人50名(对照组),均行BAEP及经颅多普勒检查。结果:与对照组相比,偏头痛组脑干左侧Ⅴ波潜伏期、右侧Ⅲ波潜伏期、右侧Ⅴ波潜伏期、左侧Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间期、左侧Ⅰ~Ⅴ峰间期、右侧Ⅰ~Ⅲ峰间期、右侧Ⅰ~Ⅴ峰间期均延长(P0.05~P0.01);与对照组相比,偏头痛组双侧椎动脉、基底动脉及大脑后动脉的峰值血流速度及平均血流速度均减慢(P0.01)。结论:成人偏头痛患者急性发作期脑干右侧区域存在神经电生理改变,椎基底动脉系统血流速度减慢可能与此有关。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the changes of brainstem auditory evoked potential( BAEP) and its mechanisms in adult patients with migraine during attack. Methods: Sixty ineurs( migraine group) and fifty normal subjects( control group) were performed BAEP and transcranial Doppler examination. Results: The right Ⅲ and bilateral Ⅴ wave latencies,the left Ⅲ- Ⅴ,right Ⅰ- Ⅲ and bilateral Ⅰ- Ⅴwave interpeak latency of BAEP in the migraine group were significantly longer than those in the control group( P 0. 05- P 0. 01). The peak velocity and mean blood flow velocity of the bilateral vertebral artery,basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery of the migraine group were significantly slower than those of the control group( P 0. 01). Conclusions: Neurophysiological changes are observed in the right areas of the brainstem of migraine patients during attack; slow vertebrobasilar system blood flow might be relevant to the mechanism of the change.
