Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of pre-hospital emergency on prognosis in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The clinical data of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was analyzed retrospectively, 150 cases belonged to pre-hospital emergency group and 120 cases belonged to pre-hospital non- emergency group (control group).GOS score system was used to assess prognosis. Results: In pre-hospital emergency group, the mortality, plant survival rate, severe disability rate and surgery rate after hospitalization were lower than those of control group. However, the mild disability rate and good recovery rate were higher than those of control group(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusions: Pre-hospital emergency plays an important role in increasing the survival rate and improving quality life of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
