Abstract:
Objective: To compare the effects of classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH) and total abdominal hysterectomy.
Methods: One hundred and twenty-six patients diagnosed as pathologic changes of uterine were randomly divided into the group treated by CISH and the group treated by total abdominal hysterectomy.Both intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared.
Results: The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,the postoperative blood loss,the anus gas passage time and hospital stay after operation was less than that of group treated by total abdominal hysterectomy(P<0.005-P<0.001).
Conclusions: The effect of CISH is significantly better than that of total abdominal hysterectomy.
