腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术与经腹全子宫切除术效果比较

Comparison of effects of classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy

摘要: 目的: 比较腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术(classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy,CISH)与经腹全子宫切除术的效果。方法: 将126例良性子宫病变患者随机分为CISH组64例和剖腹组62例,比较两组术中、术后情况。结果: CISH组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血、排气时间、病率、住院时间较经腹组显著减少(P<0.005~P<0.001)。结论: 应用CISH效果明显优于传统的经腹全子宫切除术。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the effects of classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH) and total abdominal hysterectomy.Methods: One hundred and twenty-six patients diagnosed as pathologic changes of uterine were randomly divided into the group treated by CISH and the group treated by total abdominal hysterectomy.Both intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared.Results: The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,the postoperative blood loss,the anus gas passage time and hospital stay after operation was less than that of group treated by total abdominal hysterectomy(P<0.005-P<0.001).Conclusions: The effect of CISH is significantly better than that of total abdominal hysterectomy.
