Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of nephritis rehabilitation tablet combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into group A(nephritis rehabilitation tablet group,44 cases),group B(valerian group,41 cases) and group C(combination nephritis rehabilitation tablet with valerian group,35 cases). The three groups were treated with nephritis rehabilitation tablet,Valerian and nephritis rehabilitation tablet combined with valerian for 12 weeks after blood glucose and blood pressure were controlled more than 3 weeks, respectively. The urinary microalbumin, urinary transferring and adverse reactions in three groups were recorded. Results:The levels of urinary microalbumin and urinary transferring in group C were lower than those in group A and B(P 0.01).The differences of adverse reactions in three groups were not statistical significance (P 0.05).Conclusions:The effects of nephritis rehabilitation tablet combined with valsartan for treating diabetic nephropathy are better than single drug treatment, and safety in clinical application.
