Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the application value of laparoseopic neoplasty in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods:In 48 cases with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,18 cases were repaired by laparoscopy(laparoscpy group) and 30 cases were treated with laparotomy(open group). The intraoperative and postoperative situations of two groups were observed and compared. Results:The incision length, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain score, enterocinesia recovery time and postoperative hospital stay in laparoscpy group were better than those in open group(P 0.05 to P 0.01).The differences of operation time and postoperative complications in two groups were not statisticalty significant(P 0.05).Conclusions:The laparoseopic neoplasty in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is good effects, high safety, less trauma and fast recovery, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
