手足口病患儿血清心肌酶及细胞因子检测

    The detection of myocardial enzymes and cytokines in serum in infants with hand-foot-mouth disease

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨手足口病患儿血清中心肌酶及细胞因子水平与病情严重程度之间的关系。方法:收集92例患儿血清,其中重症组25例,轻症组47例,对照组20例,采用全自动生化分析仪检测天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平;采用ELISA检测血清中白介素(IL)-13、IL-10、转化生长因子(TGF)-水平。结果:重症组患儿血清中AST、LDH水平明显高于轻症组及对照组(P0.01);重症组患儿血清中CK-MB水平高于对照组(P0.05)。重症组患儿血清中IL-13、TGF-水平均明显高于轻症组和对照组(P0.01);重症组、轻症组和对照组IL-10水平差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:检测心肌酶及部分细胞因子水平对于及时发现重症患儿和减少并发症的发生具有一定的临床价值。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To explore the relationship between the levels of myocardial enzymes,cytokines in serum and the severity of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in children.Methods:The serum of ninety-two children with HFMD were collected,25 cases in severe group,47 cases in mild group and 20 cases in control group.The levels of AST,LDH,CK-MB were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer and IL-13,IL-10,TGF- levels were detected by ELISA.Results:The levels of AST,LDH in severe group were obviously higher than that in mild and control groups(P 0.01),CK-MB level in severe group was higher than that in control group(P 0.05); the levels of IL-13,TGF- in severe group were significantly higher than that in mild and control groups(P 0.01),IL-10 level in severe group was higher than that in mild group and control group(P 0.01),and IL-10 level in mild group was higher than that in control group(P 0.01).Conclusions:There is certain clinical value to find severe cases timely and reduce complication by detecting the levels of myocardial enzymes and cytokines.
