Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influence of high quality nursing service mode on the prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis combined with hepatic encephalopathy(HE).Methods:Fifty-seven patients with the clinical symptoms of HE were randomly divided into 2 groups.Thirty-one cases in the control group received the routine care and 26 cases in the treatment group were given high quality nursing service in addition to the routine care of HE,which is the implemenation of nursing eare interventions including the oluty to inform ahead of time,psychological counseling,security education preolictive care assessment and prevention,dischange quidance,and a number of post-discharge services such as health education and follow-up.The satisfaction degree and prognosis including the rate of improvement and fatality were compared between the two groups.Results:Twenty-one cases improved and 5 died in the treatment group,while 17 cases improved and 14 died in the control group.The improvement rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions:High quality nursing service mode plays an important role in harmonizing the nurse-patient relationship,enhancing the patients' satisfaction degree,and improving the prognosis and life quality of the HE patients.
