Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of joyful teaching in the experiment class of Nursing Science Foundation.
Methods: Two hudred and eleven nurse students of grade 2007 were randomly divide into experimental group (110 students)and comparison group (101 students).Joyful teaching was applied to the experimental group while traditional teaching to the comparison group.At the end of the course,manipulation exam was carried out in both groups,and the teaching quality was surveyed and evaluated in the experimental group.
Results: The performance record of the experimental group was much better than that of the comparison group (
P<0.05).96.36% of the students in the experimental group were satisfactory to the teaching method,and 100% students thought it worthwhile to introduce joyful teaching to the class.
Conclusions: Which may promote the communication and interaction between teachers and students,motivate the students' enthusiasm to study,cultivate the students' innovation ability and improve the their ability of manipulation and problem-solving.
