Effect comparison of two kinds of adhesive system in repairing class Ⅳ cavity

摘要: 目的: 比较2种黏接系统修复Ⅳ类洞的效果.方法: 选取162例(162颗)前牙切角Ⅳ类洞病例,随机分成A组和B组,每组81颗牙,使用两步法和一步法2种黏接系统联合复合树脂直接修复Ⅳ类洞.结果: 2组患者在治疗6个月和1年修复成功率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组治疗2年后修复成功率高于B组(P<0.05).结论: 从远期效果看(2年)在Ⅳ类洞修复中,选择两步法黏接体系修复效果较好.

Abstract: Objective: To compare the effects of two kinds of adhesive system in repairing class IV cavity.Methods: One hundred and sixty-two teeth with Class IV cavity were randomly divided into A group and B group(81 cases each group).Group A and B were repaired by two-step and one-step adhesive system combined with composite resin,respectively.Results: There was not significant difference in the repair success rate between two groups in 6 months and 1 year after treatment(P>0.05).The success rate of A group was higher than that in B group in 2 years after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions: The long-term(2 years) effect of two-step adhesive system in repairing class IV cavity is good.
