急性期间日疟患者血浆-干扰素和白细胞介素-17水平分析

摘要: 目的:分析急性期间日疟患者血浆中-干扰素(IFN-)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平。方法:用酶联免疫吸附方法检测19名急性期间日疟患者(间日疟组)和20名健康志愿者(对照组)血浆中IFN-、IL-17水平。结果:间日疟组患者血浆中IFN-和IL-17水平分别为(18.866.77)pg/ml和(41.4621.03)pg/ml,均明显高于对照组的(9.998.78)pg/ml和(25.2311.83)pg/ml(P0.01)。结论:间日疟患者血浆中IFN-和IL-17的水平均升高。Abstract: Objective:To investigate the plasma levels of interferon-gamma( IFN- ) and interleukin-17(IL-17) of the acute stage in patients infected with Plasmodium vivax． Methods:The plasma levels of IFN- and IL-17 in 19 patients infected withPlasmodium vivax (Plasmodium vivaxgroup) in acute stage and 20 healthy people(control group) were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay． Results:The plasma levels of IFN- and IL-17 in Plasmodium vivax group(18． 86 6． 77)pg/ml and(41． 46 21． 03) pg/ml were significantly higher than those in control group(9． 99 8． 78)pg/ml and(25． 23 11． 83)pg/ml(P 0． 01)． Conclusions:The plasma levels of IFN- and IL-17 of patients infected with Plasmodium vivax were increased．
