鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲46例疗效分析

Nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty for deviation of nasal septum: a report of 46 cases

摘要: 目的:观察内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法:对46例鼻中隔偏曲患者行鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术。结果:随访3~6个月,42例治愈,4例好转;无鼻中隔穿孔或鼻腔粘连发生。结论:内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术操作精细准确,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty on deviation of nasal septum.Methods: Forty-six patients with deviation of nasal septum were treated by nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty.Results: During the follow-up of 3-6 months,42 cases healed and 4 cases improved.No perforation of nasal septum or synechia nasal occurred.Conclusions: Nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty is safe and effective in treatment of deviation of nasal septum.It is worth popularizing.
