海藻亲水性成分的提取及物性

    The extraction of hydrophilic components from seaweed and its physicalproperties

    • 摘要: 目的:研究海藻亲水性成分提取工艺,并对这类亲水性物质的物性进行鉴定。方法:采用碱催化法,对海藻亲水性成分进行提取。以得率作为考察指标,着重对影响石花菜亲水性成分提取的主要因素进行了考察,并对提取条件进行了优选。结果:得到6种海藻亲水性提取物,其吸水率、重量损失、凝固点等有很大差别。结论:石花菜中提取的亲水性成分的综合性能在6种海藻亲水性提取物中最为优良。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the extraction technology of hydrophilic components from seaweed,and to analyze the physical properties of the components.Methods: The extraction technology was studied with alkali as catalyst.The major factors affecting the extraction technology of the hydrophlic components from Gelidium amansii were considered,and extraction conditions were optimized by using yield as evaluation index.Results: Six hydrophilic extracts were obtained from seaweed and they had distinct differences in the major properties such as swelling ratio,weight loss and freezing point.Conclusions: The over-all properties of the obtained hydrophilic components from Gelidium amansii were the best of the 6 hydrophilic extracts from seaweed.
