Abstract:
Objective: To study the speed model of the veins of lower extremities in the magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),and to provide basic reference for clinical practice.
Methods: The relationship between the flow speeds and the signal changes in MRA was analyzed.
Results: The signal was different between static and flowing fluids on magnetic resonance machine when the speed was 0.4 mm/s (
P<0.05),and the changes could not be differentiated by the naked eye. When the flowing speed was 1.2 mm/s,the signal changes could be clearly differentiated by the naked eye.
Conclusions: Different flowing speed has different influence on MRA imaging.MRA is convenient and feasible in diagnosis of diseases in the lower extremities.
