暖箱中新生儿体温测量方法比较

Temperature-taking methods for neonates in the incubator

摘要: 目的:比较暖箱中新生儿不同部位皮肤温度之间的差别,从而找出简便可行的暖箱中新生儿体温测量方法。方法:对置暖箱中42例新生儿,在同一时间内进行腋温、背温、腰温、臀温、肛温测量,结果进行统计学分析。结果:暖箱中新生儿腰温均明显高于腋温、臀温和肛温(P<0.01),而背温亦高于腋温和臀温(P<0.05)。结论:暖箱中新生儿测试腰温简便、安全,可取代背温测量,值得推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To find out a simple and feasible method of taking the temperature of newborns nursed in the incubator.Methods: The temperature of 42 neonates in the incubators was measured at their axillar,back,waist,buttock and rectum at the same time,then the results were compared.Results: The waist temperature was higher than the axillary temperature,buttock temperature or rectal temperature(P<0.01),and the back temperature was also higher than the axillary temperature and buttock temperature(P<0.05).Conclusions: It is convenient and safe to take the temperature of the newborns in the incubators at the waist.It can take the place of back temperature-taking and worth popularizing.
