Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for managing 252 patients with ureteral calculi

摘要: 目的: 探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法: 采用输尿管镜钬激光技术治疗252例输尿管结石,其中输尿管上段结石36例,中段结石86例,下段结石130例。结果: 输尿管上、中、下段结石的排净率分别为88%、91%、95%。术中术后发生并发症15例(5.9%)。结论: 输尿管镜钬激光是治疗输尿管结石的有效、安全的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for managing ureteral calculi.Methods: Ureteroscopic holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was used in 252 patients with ureteral calculi(proximal in 36 patients,middle in 86 and distal in 130 patients).Results: The stone-free rate was 88 in the patients with proximal ureteral calculi,91 in those with middle ureteral calculi and 95 in those with distal ureteral calculi respectively.The complications occurreded in 5.9(15/252) during and after the operation.Conclusions: Ureteroscopic holmimium:YAG laser lithotripsy is a highly effective and safe method for managing ureteral calculi.
