Abstract:
Objective: To observe the relationship between HCV-RNA,anti-GOR and alanine arninotransber(ALT) in patients with various hepatic diseases resulted from HCV.Serum HCV-RNA,anti-GOR and ALT levels of 69 cases of various hepatic diseases with anti-HCV positive were measured and compared.
Methods: Anti-HCV and anti-GOR were measured by ELISA and HCVRNA was determined by PCR.
Results: The positive rates of HCV-RNA and anti-GOR were 59.4%,61.9%,56.3% and 71.9% 66.7%,(68.8%) respectively in the patients with chronic hepatitis C,hepatocirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. The positive rate of anti-GOR was significantly higher in the ALT>40 u/L group than that in the ALT ≤ 40 u/L group(P<0.005 and P<0.05).
Conclusions: Detection of anti-GOR is of value for the diagnosis of HCV.The positive rate of anti-GOR correlates with the activity of ALT.
