安迪粉针剂诱导慢性粒细胞白血病K562细胞凋亡的细胞学研究

    Study on the apoptosis of erythroleukemia K562 cells induced by Andi injection

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨安迪注射剂(Andi injection,Adi)对慢性粒细胞白血病K562细胞株凋亡的影响。方法:流式细胞仪技术检测细胞凋亡变化;使用荧光显微镜和透射电镜观察细胞形态学改变;评价Adi对K562细胞株凋亡的影响。结果:流式细胞仪检测结果显示10、20μg/ml Adi处理组K562细胞的凋亡率分别为50%和39%,明显高于对照组的10%(P<0.05);荧光显微镜和电镜下可见K562细胞呈典型凋亡样改变。结论:Adi能明显抑制K562细胞增殖,促进细胞凋亡。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To study the apoptosis of K562 cells induced by Andi injection (Adi).Methods: Flow cytometer was used to detect the apoptosis of K562 cells after the action of Adi,and the morphological changes were observed by fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy.The effects of Adi on the proliferation and apoptosis of K562 cells were evaluated.Results: The apoptosis rates were 50% and 39% in the cells that had been treated with 10 and 20 μg/ml Adi,respectively,which was significantly higher than the 10% in the control group (P<0.05);Abnormal morphological changes of K562 cells were observed in Adi group by fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy.Conclusions: Adi can obviously inhibit the proliferation of anti-leukemic cells and induce the apoptosis of K562 cells.
